1. Subscription Billing

ResellerSync subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your access will remain active until that date.

3. Refunds

As ResellerSync provides digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:

  • Duplicate billing caused by a technical error.
  • Service downtime exceeding our stated commitments (if applicable).
  • A clear defect in the service that prevents normal use and cannot be resolved by support.

4. Free Trials

If your subscription begins with a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancelling during the trial will prevent any charges.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the new rate will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle, unless otherwise stated. Downgrades may result in loss of features or reduced service limits.
